    It's pretty clear one or more of the bigger partners is holding the SP down. ATC mgt are just flying the flag.

    They don't want there to be any way for Sh to say well you didn't give us a chance to buy at low prices only the insto's, big guys and soph's.

    Anyway from time to time retailers have been used as cannon fodder. As if we're going to volunteer to charge now. Just wait till the extension time is over. The SP will miraculously "bob up".

    All IMVHO.
