I received an announcement from Leigh Travers on the 5th September 2016 re Jorge Nicolau as follows,

"We are in discussions with Jorge about having a larger role with AirPocket but the role of Executive Chairman of DigitalX Ltd has not been discussed."

I also received an email re Telefonica relationship from Leigh Travers on 19th October as follows,

"Our relationship with Telefonica is a strong, long term partnership and Mr. Tsvetnenko's departure has not affected this. There will be periods of high activity and low activity to manage the Direct SMS campaign in the best way possible. We are working closely with their marketing team to ensure this."
