They have already raised $25.5m out of the total of $29.5m, so the $4m SPP maybe isn't that important in the overall scheme of things - but it sounds like the CCR Directors are keen to get it fully subscribed.

With a current market cap of around $105m, revenue (after the acquisition) of approximately $26.5m + pa, EBITDA of around $4m + pa, new large potential revenue partnerships like Techub, and strong growth in a number of global markets - there is a lot to like here IMO.

Thorney Investments (who are generally pretty switched on) also recently significantly increased their ownership, & the CCR Directors are also buying approximately $3m worth at 40 cents in the SPP - so all of the above is enough for me to participate in the SPP.
