    maybe the directors are spending their fees on Legal Advice re Insolvent Trading, Misleading Statements.
    maybe some directors will resign today.

    I note the Investor Centre at valenceindustries.com hasn't been updated since 31/10/2015 = no mention of the last 3 Announcements.
