Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ASX:ECT) requests an extension to the voluntarysuspension.In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information:
 NLCIL held its board meeting as scheduled Wednesday (14 November 2018), providingapproval of the RCA commercial terms and granting their CMD, Rakesh Kumar, theauthority to sign the RCA subject to:
    - The approval of the RCA commercial terms by project partner NMDC
    - Ministry briefings, with details to be confirmed in coming weeks
    - Signing ceremony to follow Ministry briefings
 The Company is currently in discussions with NMDC to confirm the process and timing oftheir approval.
 The Company is seeking feedback from the partners for release of the RCA commercialterms.
 The extension to the current voluntary suspension is requested pending the outcome ofthe above matters.
 The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remains in place until anannouncement is made by the Company in relation to the above.
 The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not begranted.
