the size of DL is tiny. Correct I’ve seen juice plants that turn 500,000ltrs of juice a day run on a phone and one worker. You don’t need many people to run plants but you do need scale in the plant to process material and money upfront to design the plant. Photos of DL suggest it wouldnt cost too much to build.
500ha is no trial farm due to size and apparent profits it would make. You call it a trial farm if you think there is an large chance of it going to shit then you can say sorry it was an trial farm on an bloody big scale opps. When you start talking revenue and profit you are no longer in trial farm in my books.
