Someone commented that the watchlist process is not transparent. I would take it a step further and say that the watchlist process is not refined at ll. The ASX should have released an announcement or similar stating that a suspension would continue while an announcement was vetted.
I'm unclear on how long this watchlist process has been around. Does anyone know?
