My guess - issues with the DL offtake, which they are hoping to overcome by instead selling into spot market. But the current supply glut has made spot sales almost impossible, so they are extending the suspension in hopes that the market turns so they can manage to begin selling and getting cash flow - all IMO.
Make sense given they continue to advertise their crops on those hemp trading sites..
They'll continue to suspend share trading until spot trades are possible and then they can tell the market that crop is being moved. Until then - we'll sit in suspension IMO
