that's a good theory, hopefully clarity today...if not, then I'd say it's an easy payday before some approval occurs.
either way very curious how the pieces all fit with this cap raising; maybe approval word has come in early and forced them to pull the trigger on this cap raising early. Maybe it was going to be flagged in the big update they announced at the start of the month.
