Sorry but I don't see a big issue with the extension. Just about every cap raise I've been involved in has caused an extension to a trading halt.
I'm not overly happy about the raise or the largest of it but as far as the sausage making goes I don't see this as a problem to fret over. Its just sorting the paper work, herding a few cats and getting some signatures. The business has not halted, it only affects the sale or transfer of shares.
