I contacted Blue Aqua International a number of times to seek clarification on where the JV was at. They never responded. I contacted SCU (Paul Rosen, Phil Gu, each of the Directors, etc). They didn't acknowledge my correspondence either. I ultimately went to the Singapore commerce regulator. They confirmed the SCU Green Aqua JV entity had been voluntarily dissolved. With this information, I went back to the Company and asked why that development wasn't disclosed to market. They sent me a vague non-committal response that didn't address my question. So I referred the matter to the ASX. The TH occurred several days later.
