SO what are the options for decisions from the TOV.
Here's my thoughts
1) "nothing to see here", proceed with the take over
2) Some procedures were not followed/ insufficient information not disclosed. I guess in this instance, the ruling would be to reverse all the offers, have new bidder and target statements, and then go again. Would delay things by another month.
3) Other more serious issues uncovered...what happens then.
