Pretty clear AVZ are trying to keep this out of arbitration.
I hope they can because if they can't arbitration will take 2 to 3 years.
IMO there has been not much talk about arbitration and I believe it is the biggest risk to AVZ and it might not be all about winning by Jin.
IF Jin can get this to arbitration it will delay the mine and probably destroy AVZ share price in the process which MAY actually be their game plan.
Drive the sp down and hostile takeover.
IF AVZ can beat this getting to arbitration the sp will sky rocket BUT atm its a big IF.
