I agree. Not only does the government have to confirm 75% but also needs to confirm the sale of the additional 15% is done and the price/structure of the deal. We've had far to many announcements stating the deals progressing. It's obvious AVZ and the government knew this hurdle was coming far before it did and in saying that I'm sure they are much further down the road to solving it than we all think.
