Nothing strategic about it.
Jin have filed for arbitration claiming they are a 15% shareholder in Dathcom.
AVZ have to respond.
My question is AVZ announcement makes 2 separate claims.
1. Jin has had 15% working interest transferred to it them which AVZ say is a direct violation of Pe rights
2. Jin are claiming a 15% shareholding in Dathcom.
The 2 are completely at odds and completely different things.
So which is it?
Jin have filed for arbitration based on them being recognized as a 15% shareholder in Dathcom.
Now I expect it will be pretty easy for Dathcom to tell AVZ if they sold 15% of the company shares to Jin or not.
