My point was clear progress has been made with the current administration and should be encouraged while progress continues. Holding the past against the DRC when it is clearly making progress will not do us any good. There is no doubt it was not a good place to do honest business in the past but we may have turned a corner and the current situational outcome may be the indicator.

The outcome could make or break big western business moving into the DRC.
