IF there is a JV agreement in place then when AVZ bought in to the lease they would be under the current JV rules.
There are plenty of mining guru's on here that could explain it way better than I can.
Having been a shareholder, and losing a shite ton on FAR because of an arbitration ruling, I am only trying to warn AVZ holders of what I see as the true danger and that is Jin dragging AVZ in to a 3+ year arbitration case.
In the WPL/FAR case it delayed FID for over 2 years.
