@Roon-Aus that's indeed what arbitration is. It is a way to resolve disputes between parties that have signed up to a contract or a joint venture agreement or any other legally binding arrangement. In such an arrangement they will stipulate where and under which law disputes are arbitrated. You cannot be forced to go into arbitration by a random party.
So therefore i suspect Zijin claims to be a shareholder in Dathcom and as such argues to trigge the dispute resolution under the Dathcom Joint Venture agreement. However for AVZ to agree to arbitration would be to admit JV rules apply and therefore that Zijin is a JV participant. It is abit of Catch 22 situation.
Agreeing to arbitration is not a wise move in my opinion.
