Zijin are not part of the original JV agreement hence AVZ does not need to acknowledge arbitration. By attending, it implies AVZ accept Zijin as part of JV. Zijin was allegedly voted as an associate at a Dathcom Board meeting when AVZ was not present. Again this is not legal as AVZ has three members on the Board including Chairman and would have voted this down. Board structure in Dathcom agreement.
