I believe Arbitration wont be attended or go ahead .
The DRC will be preparing a court determination on guilty parties and a court ruling similar to what the IGF have already advised upon their findings .
Comminieri will have to repay the 6 odd mil they blew , Zijin will have no legal title and AVZ will have the first option to increase legal holding to 90% .

Once there is a ruling from a DRC court or similar judicial power , AVZ will trade again and the shorts will get their dues .
