AVZ pre emptive rights clearly set out in the Dathcom JV Shareholders Agreement. Cominiere have breached the Shareholders Agreement in selling 15% to Jin. If you are half good at searching you will find the relevant section of the JV Shareholders Agreement in these threads. You will also find if you search that Jin only paid a small 15% deposit 10 months ago, which would suggest they are kicking the tyres and not confident of a successful transaction.....which from what AVZ have stated multiple times now at different forums and announcements......they have good legal title to 75% and remain in advanced discussions with DRC Govt on the 15% Cominiere stake in Dathcom they have first right of refusal on.
