Where has Jin said they agree with you? I didnt see their reference to the FAR JV and Arbitration?
Jin have failed in DRC to get a court ruling in their favour to be recognised as a Dathcom Shareholder and are trying it on elsewhere. AVZ have no Arbitration Case with Jin as they are not parties to an Agreement with AVZ that states they need to go to Arbitrate if they have a dispute to settle together.
