The share sale was illegal and in contravention of the Dathcom JV Shareholders Agreement. AVZ First Rights remain intact as per AVZ Announcements. Jin seeking Arbitration because they didnt get the answer they wanted in DRC. IGF now pursuing Cominiere for the illegal sale.
AVZ clearly in the right as per the multiple and consistent strong statements they have made to ASX.
You are obviously too lazy to check out the Shareholders Agreement as you know it will show you are confused and totally WRONG in your take on it.
