    Downramping takes various forms and one of them is just ignoring the facts, or lying by omission to fit your own agenda!

    A legal ruling of corruption has already been delivered by the DRC's government watchdog the IGF and I know that is an inconvenient truth for many downrampers as are the laws and the facts!
