What have you identified that is evidence of a failure of management? Asking for Slater and Gordon and any shareholders willing to employ them, who have more money than sense.
Full disclosure: Apart from Nigel ignoring my emails (he is a busy guy, so I don't take it personally at all) I have a very high opinion of AVZ management operating in an environment foreign to most ASX explorers.
