Messy for shorters, each and everyone of those “IFs” will be worked through while in suspension with a favourable outcome for AVZ.
All of these perceived issues have been highlighted mostly by non holding downrampers for whatever reason that justifies their position.
AVZ are in a very strong position to have all these claims rejected IMO.
