So over 100 business days shorts will only need the SP to drop >4% on commencement of trade to be ahead? That's barely anything. (Unlikely IMO that the rate charged compounds).
At that rate I'm pretty sure that shorts could wait out more than calendar a year and still be ahead...
The reality is that shorts will be sweating over a suspension with no practical end in sight, but still likely to come out ahead IMO if this drags out for up to 12 months.
