"The Company advises that it is encouraged with the progress being made with its discussions with the
DRC Government, although the subject of the initial trading halt request remains incomplete."

This sentence isn't all that encouraging IMO. Talk even if positive and polite, is cheap....are we being stalled while the DRC have a parralel arrangement under way elsewhere... time will tell.

I read this annoncement as: "We are happy with our conversations with the DRC government, but we still do not have a Mining Licence.

I do feel that this is going to take a while to progress through, no matter the outcome....
