With respect smiling_dog ......Reading between the lines, it is clear that......... Yes, progress has been made.
But, statements like "They are encouraged by the progress" tells me that AVZ are less than certain about the ground they stand on. They don't say they are pleased to report that things are being resolved as is totally expected.
and "the subject of the initial trading halt request remains incomplete." -Tells me there are still areas of disagreement (even after all this time) and this means that we are not standing on solid ground.
Not what people want to hear ......me included .......... i'm in pretty deep. The only saving point is knowing the SP would have been hammered to this level or lower anyway if we hadn't gone into a suspension........
