looks like Cominierie have got themselves in a right muddle; theses guys have caught themselves up in their own lies; you couldn't believe a word that these guys spin.

AVZ have run through this process using DLA Pipe and Momentum Legal ; two absolute legal powerhouses and then you have Cominieire who appear to act like Jessie Pinklman out of breaking bad wlooking for a final fix ... , unreal that they didn't even hand over the payments from AVZ to the Public Treasury ; Initial payments from Zijin went walkabout and they've already been turned inside out by the IGF..... How will this thing actually make it to arbitration is now my question

AVZ appear to clearly have the evidence to bat back any of their claims.....this thing needs to be turned over very soon , so that we can all move on ; Cominierie ... jail time is what some of those guys should be dealt
