As Tonster just said the one bonus for Felix is that a verdict in AVZ's favour from the ICC can't be labelled biased and can't be used against him as a political sword going into the election, and also if Felix loses the election well any new leader surely wont want to go against the ICC's verdict either. We will then have the government watchdog and an international arbitrator ruling our % is totally legal. I just thought Felix may have wanted to save face in the eyes of international investors by proving he can reign in such obvious corruption
