How on earth did the guys in Cominiere think that flogging 15%...

How on earth did the guys in Cominiere think that flogging 15% to Zijin was going to slide through without any issues ;
they've even been so brazen as 'distribute' the initial $5m+ deposit ...so it seems pretty obvious that just like the payments that AVZ paid to Cominierie ...none of this money has made its way into the public treasury i.e circa $11m

Within the article we learn that AVZ submitted an offer with a host of incentives of an amount 'beyond' $100m ; alone, what would that inclusion of a percentage of AVZ alone , be worth; as AVZ moves through construction and ultimately maturing into production....

Sounds like some members of this state portfolio company / Cominiere just wanted some quick cash ; these rag articles which have popped up over the last two months claiming that AVZ were basically stealing from the people of the DRC, are to the contrary ; AVZs offer provides continued financial seedings, beyond just royalties ; through shareprice appreciation / dividends for LOM ; benefits with SEZ terms for the rehabilitation of infrastructure, with DRC tax dollars being able to be dispersed elsewhere .....where as the likely sources of these articles gorge on DRC cash

Zijin provide a flat $33m of which, 5m has already gone walkabout .... Also SEZ is also known to have been an ongoing discussion with the DRC...its pretty clear that Zijins drunken angle has been that the Dathomir to AVZ percentages, were null and void and the CAT percentage which they seem to claim (even though TIA isn't complete) had already reduced AVZ holdings by 24% ; in turn, combined knocking AVZ to only 36% and out of controlling ownership....then why didn't they intervened / asked to be involved in SEZ discussions , if they actually believed AVZ were no longer a controlling owner , then other JV partners including CAT could enter the discussions, surely they wouldn't want AVZ a non controlling party making all the decisions through negotiations with the DRC government on SEZ ....surely both Zijin and CAT would be within their rights to pull up seats , if as Zijin claim , AVZ had already been knocked to 36%.

Seems like little intellectual thought has been put into Cominiere and Zijin canoodling and they just filled their wheelbarrow up with bullshlte ....
but really, what were they actually expecting to happen at the departure zone....the guys in Cominiere had a $5m party and now it seems have woke up to a busting hangover
