No second guess that Zijin along with Cominiere is trying to stop the issue of ML until the ownership dispute is sorted.

I think the ball is in CAMI’s court now and possibly they are not cooperating hence AVZ has reached out to DRC government for help with sorting out the ML.

For DRC government it’s not an easy problem to solve quickly specially when your own people are involved in corruption.

I personally don’t mind the extension to suspension as long as we can come out of it with a positive result for AVZ.
Who knows that the suspension to trading could be a strategic decision by AVZ board to pressurise CAMI and DRC to fast track the dispute resolution process and grant the ML.
