    Agree completely. Every timeline I have ever seen has been missed. Makes one very frustrated. If I did this in my role I would cease to be employed.

    .. I understand that there are sometimes items out of ones control (ala COVID delaying P1 trial).. However, it is not hard to communicate a delay and provide an update in a timely fashion to keep all stakeholders (read your investors) informed!
