think of it like this if you could for a moment, AVZ is a young aspiring kid going to school with huge potential to do well, its parents ( long term holders ) encourage and tell the youngster that they are doing very well s0 far and give positive ecouragement even when sometimes they are not doing well but it encourages them even so.
the 'shorters' are the ones who tell the kid "your useless you will never do well at anything, what hope have you, you are wasting your time".

The shorters have a long term effect on the kids future that could otherwise have been a good one, while the parents encouragement gave them the best chance in believing in themselves and doing well in the future.
Thats why i don't like shorters, well shorters tactics anyway its morally wrong and hurtful just for their own gains, i just don't think being positive about the future has such an impact.
just my thoughts, but i do agree with you about the suspension being not good for anyone.
