Its not eternal optimism, its knowing that when litigation is involved , managements best policy is to shut their mouths until decisions are made , announcements could jeopardise the whole apple cart . I think Nigel is playing it perfectly and the breadcrumbs that fall through twitter etc are the best way to get updates in the meantime and is the best form of communication in this situation.
