10th Oct is more specific than usual. And Monday is good, let's hope for a positive Friday night announcement for market to let sink over weekend. I saw some numbers going around not long ago about the shorter interest payments, are we able to revisit this? I'd be curious what they are at. Can cross reference to what price the shorts began and see how in the green they actually are.
My view is that is that even if you started shorting from peak (most wouldn't have) after x amount of months of paying interest on something that profit is very slowly being chipped away at. In fact, there would be some shorter who despite making the right call would be in the red due to interest.
The upside of AVZ is way more than the downside. I am not brave enough to short in general, but this feels a lot closer to old highs than it does to 20s.
