I think Val will be a short term trading spike unless of course spot finally starts to move in the coming days.
Toro I feel has something more serious at play. We have 4 days left (They can stay suspended longer) I really hope we dont get tourmented any longer.
Ideally come out with fingers crossed good news on Friday after on Thursday night US CPI comes out undershooting or on par with expectations. In that scenario market and Toro will go kaboom!
