As a holder would you want them still attempting to show things are on track and proceeding? They have no choice but to continue as if everything will be fine, even if it is not.
You take a little roadshow as a sign the company will be successful in its legal battles? Sorry but that is so ridiculous.
What happens to AVZ in the DRC will happen. There is no doubt the Chinese have vastly more power over there. The longer the company remains in suspension the more likely it would be they will not win.
Which brings me to another point. Obviously not ideal, but is not 30% ownership of the worlds largest lithium reserve still not something? PLS is over $5. If AVZ could reach those lofty heights, the SP would still be $2. Again, almost 300% higher than now. Not exactly the end of the world. Maybe the company should consider conceding to actually get the show back on the road, rather than being de-listed by the asx because it has been in suspension too long.
Just a thought.
