Just wondering if you would give up so easily if your neighbour illegally acquired 30% of your land by simply building a fence across it, and claiming it as his.
I know it's not a perfect analogy, but principles are important and we need to sleep well at night. We don't sleep well if we fail to put up a fight to protect what's legally ours.
