Hi Flight,

I completely disagree - all you would be doing is building a rod for your own back and endorsing bad behavior.

The longer this drags on (no issued ML) the worse it gets for the DRC by shining a light the skullduggery that is currently playing out. I would not want to be on the pointy end of a whole lot of angry shareholders with keyboards.

Technology can be a very unpleasant thing if you are on the receiving end - especially if you are a corrupt government official in the DRC (should they exist).
