thanks for putting in the effort, its a constructive point of view and that's very valid whether it suits the longs or not I will also admit the companies confidence has been proven wrong time and time again, as an investor who upped holdings (nov last year) on the confidence being shared, I am disappointed with the over confidence and under delivery. However, how one can translate the companies confidence whether delivered in statements or in 2 week extensions into a logical argument to suggest the company is losing the case or will not be granted a favourable outcome is simply not logical. 2 week extensions demonstrates confidence that they are closing the legal case, longer extensions reflect the opposite. The company stating "Spurious and Immaterial" on an ASX release demonstrates confidence, not the opposite. Its fair to be disappointed in the journey to date, but its not fair to assume AVZ isn't winning. The opposite is true with the confidence they demonstrate SUPPORTED by the headlines being generated from independent sources. And disappointment is a reflection of opportunity cost. the S&P is down 18%, All Aords down 11%. The only opportunities are in-producing Lithium assets (PLS / AKE / MIN / IGO) - you can only be disappointed if this is where you would have put your avz investment in AND avz did not perform better than 77% post open (PLS being the comparison). On the contrary, AVZ in lock down with a positive result at the end is by far the best outcome for AVZ investors I expect LT's will be pleasantly surprised when we have no uncertainty an a short-squeeze to go with it. Especially if the fed indicates the tightening cycle is over which i am of the belief they will. The CPI reading this Thursday (Friday) will be a good indicator if not the one we needed. BOE bond buying all reflect a change back to bull markets and AVZ having skipped the bear is the best outcomes. I am not suggesting we are in a bull market however, but i expect the bottom is set for the next 6 months when AVZ will relist in the most favourable of markets we could hope for

All reasonable assumptions without being a ramp. I would also like to add the "fact" that AVZ were invited by DRC government to sit on the battery council. I truly believe that this would not have happened if any doubt existed that AVZ would ultimately mine the raw materials needed for battery production. Given Felix's strong support of this council and the global stage it has been presented on. I envision the AVZ will come out of this in a strong position. A little more patience and understanding required.
