Step one is clear the Abitrage hurdle in Paris. (I imagine this will be the next announcement we receive - Both parties turned up, but Zijin pleaded no contest).
Last hurdle is finalising the correct tennement land area so that AVZ can pay the correct land tax on it.
Then IMO we are back in the game.
Potentially one can't happen before the other.....
