I think you're missing my point.. If the ML has not been officially announced then it hasn't been announced full stop. Too many years have passed with buzz words and catch phrases that nothing short of official information holds water any more.

He told the Perth road show we'd have it today, which has turned out to be (a) wrong and (b) information shared to only a small portion of Shareholders. Why didn't he repeat that snippet in NZ, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney? He knew he screwed up.

I wish he was more upfront with Shareholders and stopped blurting out what he thinks we want to hear.
