    .. clearly, ‘the’ question asked at the RSs has been “when will the ML drop “? .. NF can’t give a concrete day/date as the DRC government control the timeline .. so, under pressure for some form of timeline, he offers ‘his expectation’ but hardly definitive .. the ML hasn’t dropped, due to government processes, but is EXPECTED soon .. makes sense to me .. and patience is a virtue ..
