The DRC is saying the original deal screws them over and wants to renegotiate, is that what you're talking about? A renegotiation will happen because China knows it got such a good deal. Relations between the counties wont break down over this. They have spent far too long and far too much money making sure they are the dominant power across Africa. My opinion only, you obviously disagree, which is fine.
