Those examples are not what i would consider enough to strain a relationship, and certainly not enough for a relationship to break down. I guess im looking at big picture, i dont think that makes me not smart enough, just looking at things differently.
As far as providing examples of China providing aid, military training, building infrastructure in the DRC, all of that is widely known.
Obviously ive ruffled some feathers here, not my intention. The original poster asked why the DRC may want to give control of the project to the Chinese and my reply is basically that they can and will do far more for the country than AVZ will be able to. Not saying they WILL give control to the Chinese, just saying there are reasons for the government to do it
