what the Chinese have done that you state was seeing an opportunity could not be stopped or avoided in any way at all, that is other than the entire government and ministerial group having zero corruption within it. Explain to me how if you as a company (AVZ), predict corruption may become an issue you solve the problem preemptively without being corrupt oneself?
