Well if you're the DRC government you will probably be asking which party can do more for my country, the Chinese government of a relatively insignificant Australian company. The Chiense government has already cancelled debt, provided aid, provided military training within the DRC, can undertake massive infrastructure projects. They dont do that because they are nice guys, they do that to strengthen ties with the government.
