One incident of a chinese company trying to get away with paying less royalties doesnt equate to the DRC breaking ties with the Chinese. They are far ahead of the west with the relationships they've built in Africa, one incident isnt going to destroy that. It may be a show of force to say dont take us for fools, but they are still in bed together. If you dont believe that, then I think you're being naive
